The Deep Freezer comes designed with double doors and has accuracy from 0.1 ° C to 0.5 ° C, built-in temperature deviation audio/ visual alarm, safety thermostat for over shoot temperature cut off safety circuit to cut off the whole system in case of malfunction. The Deep Freezer comes with fuses for compressor heaters and mains, time delay circuit for safety of compressor etc, circuit breakers for over and under temperature condition. The Deep Freezer has hermetically sealed compressor with cooling coils, condensing coils, fan motor and electrical accessories are incorporated for bringing down the temperature to required level. The Deep Freezer ensures forced air circulation to ensure uniform temperature and is fabricated on heavy angular structure, triple walled chamber and the exterior chamber is made from CRCA sheet duly powder coated with PUF insulation.
